01Do I need an appointment?
While we accept walk-ins when possible, appointments are recommended to ensure we can serve you promptly. You can schedule online or call us at (512) 555-0198.
02What should I bring when I drop off my car?
Please bring your vehicle registration and any relevant maintenance records. If you have a specific concern, note when the issue occurs (cold start, highway speeds, etc.) so we can diagnose it faster.
03Is there a drop-off option?
Yes! We have a secure key drop box at our front entrance for early morning or after-hours drop-offs. Just fill out an envelope with your contact info and concern, and we'll call you when we've had a look.
04Do you offer shuttle service?
We offer a complimentary local shuttle service during business hours. Just let us know when you schedule your appointment and we'll arrange a ride.
